12 Jul 40 Day Yoga Challenge for YOU!
I would like to invite you to participate in a 40 day challenge! The challenge comes in two parts: one being to do something for 40 days and the other the actual movements and activities. I have invited many of you to do sun salutations, breath exercises and also private yoga sessions with Suzanne.
Many of your comments have been the same, it’s so difficult to do these things without some sort of guidance. So we put our heads together and came up with the 40 day challenge. We did test it out on the Queens crew first to see how it was received and today is the third day and so far so good. Suzanne made 30 second videos to give generic instruction to start assisting you. Watch the video then set a timer and do your pose for 3 minutes. See how you feel. If it has 2 sides, make sure to do both sides! The videos are on the Facebook site:
